Customers still wanting

CUSTOMERS in Singapore continue to see a decline in their satisfaction levels for the first three quarters of this year for six out of eight sectors measured.

The retail sector suffered the biggest drop, with customer satisfaction scores down 2.3 points compared to last year, followed by the tourism, hotels and accommodation services as well as the education sector with a drop of 1.4 points each.

The information communication sector suffered a slight dip of 0.8 points and the food and beverage sector saw a decline of 0.4 points. The transport and logistics sector was the only one which remained unchanged.
