SINGAPOREANS and tourists alike can sign up on the spot to take part in next year's Chingay Parade 2010.

Open to the public to join, the Samba section will feature 2,000 people dancing to authentic Samba music in artistic costumes.

Interested participants will have to either wear a creative outfit, or rent a costume during the registration.
