CHINA'S Guangxi Party Secretary Guo Shengkun called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana yesterday, at Minister for Trade and Industry Lim Hng Kiang's invitation.

They discussed cooperation on human-resource development and Guangxi's economic development, and the increased economic collaboration between China and Asean after the implementation of a free-trade agreement.
