Rice given to elderly and low-income families
Mon, Feb 08, 2010
my paper

ABOUT 300 people who are elderly or come from low-income families, under the care of Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centre, received a 5kg of rice each yesterday.

The rice is from more than 100,000kg of rice that were donated by members of the public to the Singapore Red Cross for its Project R.I.C.E, now in its second year.
