Last year's top 12 luckiest Toto outlets list is out, with Serangoon and Sembawang topping the list.
According to Singapore Pools, two shops had a total of 4 top prizes each last year.
They are Block 254 at Serangoon Central, and the 7-11 convenience store at Jalan Leban.
