SENIOR Minister Goh Chok Tong is on an official visit to New Delhi which started yesterday and will end tomorrow.

He will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Minister of External Affairs S. M. Krishna and Mr Sushma Swaraj, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, among others.
