The man, who only gave his name as Steve, said: "When I woke up at about 11am this morning and looked out the window, I saw that the police had cordoned off the area and blocked the shortcut to the bus stop behind the railway tracks.

"I saw what seemed to be the body of a dead person covered with a white cloth.

"Later, when my aunt came home, she told me that the security guard downstairs had told her that the body could have been that of a female Chinese national.

"He said she could have been dead the night before (Sept 6).

Another report in a local newspaper said that she was hit by a Malayan Railway (KTM) train which did not stop after the accident occurred.

Police questioned people at the block, but it is uncertain if she was a resident at the condominium.

About a year ago, there was also a body was found near this railway track. A young couple was knocked down by a train just a little further down the same tracks.
