SINGAPORE - Netizens have blasted a couple's intimate display of affection at one of the New Year's Eve countdown foam parties.

A man was caught on camera putting his hand down a woman's shorts at a foam party.

Clad in a blue bikini, the woman did not protest the man's advances and allowed herself to be touched in front of the public. The man was also seen kissing her on the neck passionately.

Lianhe Wanbao also reported that the man looked like an Eurasian.

The incident has sparked much debate among netizens.

Some said that such display was unneccesary even though it was a foam party. Others said the couple should be charged for indecency.

Readers on citizen journalism website STOMP said that such incidents often occurred at foam parties and that it was no big deal.

In the previous year, a similar incident also created an uproar on the Internet, where four men were caught on camera openly molesting a bikini-clad woman at the 2009 Sentosa's countdown party.
