l Nov 23, 2003: Fourteen people were killed when an express bus collided with another bus at Km63, Jalan Lipis-Merapoh near the Pahang-Kelantan border.

l Dec 17, 2010: Four prison officers were killed when a Prisons Department bus plunged into a ravine along the hilly and winding Tambunan-Kota Kinabalu trunk road in Sabah.

l Oct 29, 2010: Six secondary school students and their trip coordinator were killed and 17 others seriously injured when a chartered bus skidded and hit a divider before landing on its side on the Genting slip road about 300m from the Karak Highway.

l Oct 10, 2010: Twelve people were killed and more than 50 others injured in a highway crash involving two buses, three cars and a van at Km223 of the North-South Expressway near the Simpang Ampat interchange, Malacca. Another victim succumbed to her injuries nearly a week later.

l Dec 25, 2009: Ten passengers were killed and two injured when a double-decker express bus skidded and hit the road divider at Km272.8 of the North-South Expressway as it was heading north, 8km from the Ipoh South toll plaza near Ipoh.

l April 13, 2009: Six people were killed in a double-decker express bus crash at Km443 of the North-South Expressway near Rawang, Selangor.

l Dec 7, 2008: Ten passengers were killed in a bus crash at Km146.8 of the North-South Expressway between Tangkak and Pagoh, Johor.

l Aug 13, 2007: Twenty-two people were killed in a bus crash at Km229 of the North-South Expressway near the Bukit Gantang rest area, near Changkat Jering, Perak.

l March 9, 2007: Six people were killed when an express bus plunged into a ravine at Km254 of the North-South Expressway near the Sungai Perak rest and recreation area, Perak.

l July 30, 2006: Eleven pilgrims to the annual St Anne's Feast in Penang were killed when their chartered bus overturned at Km160.8 of the North-South Expressway near the Jawi interchange at Nibong Tebal, Penang.

l Dec 23, 2004: Five people were killed when an express bus travelling to Penang from Cameron Highlands plunged into a 25m-deep ravine along the Simpang Pulai-Cameron Highlands road in Perak.
