Benjamin Pwee to be SPP's 2nd Asst Sec-Gen

SINGAPORE - The Singapore People's Party has named Mr Benjamin Pwee as its second assistant secretary-general.

The party said in a statement today that Mr Pwee had been co-opted into the central executive committee with immediate effect. He will also take on additional roles as the party spokesperson and media manager.

Two other members, Jimmy Lee, Head of the Youth Wing, and David Tan, Head of the SME Businessmen Affairs Bureau, were also co-opted into the committee.

In addition, the party unveiled a Five-year “Comeback GE2016” Masterplan today, which will be led and driven by the newly appointed Mr Pwee.
 
According to the party, former senior civil servants, ex-government scholars and senior corporate executives will be part of the project.
