>MALAYSIA - A FATHER slapped a teacher after his son was disciplined for breaking a school rule, according to Harian Metro.

It was learnt that the father, in his 40s, was angry when his son was detained for not wearing a singlet under his uniform.

In the 8.45am incident, the elder brother came to the disciplinary room and verbally abused a female teacher after learning that his 14-year-old brother was taken there.

The father came 25 minutes later and pulled his son out of the room.

"The teacher couldn't do anything because the father was aggressive," said a source.

He then took out his anger on a male teacher who tried to discuss the situation by slapping him in the face until it bled.

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Amir Mohd Hashim said a report was lodged on the case.
