Minister for Education and Second Minister for Defence, Dr Ng Eng Hen, will visit South Korea and the People's Republic of China from October 27 to 30.

While in Korea, Dr Ng will meet with his education counterpart, Minister Ahn Byong-Man, to explore further collaborations in education. He will also meet with education professionals and thought leaders, and visit schools and universities in Korea.

In China, Dr Ng will visit education institutions to learn more about current developments in their education landscape.

Dr Ng will be accompanied by Ms Grace Fu, Senior Minister of State for National Development and Education as well as senior officials from the Ministry of Education.
