Thu, Mar 12, 2009
The Straits Times

MORE ITE students will be able to take part in expeditions overseas, thanks to a $400,000 boost in funding from the National Youth Council (NYC).

ITE hopes to send 550 students on more Youth Expedition Projects (YEP) in the next 12 months, compared to 360 this financial year.

The money is part of a new partnership between NYC and the ITE. The council will approve project proposals.
