Student uses scissors to stab three after exams

A 19-year-old man became depressed about his test scores and killed one person and injured two others on Friday inside a bookstore in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, on Friday.

Zhang Cong, a high school graduate from Hanzhong, went to Xi'an after the annual college entrance exam with his father. On Friday afternoon, they went into a bookstore and the young man grabbed a pair of scissors on a desk and attacked three workers.

One of the workers was a 71-year-old man who died.
