100 secondary school students from the Normal Technical stream within the South West district are helping to raise funds for Autism Association (Singapore) during the South West Youth Camp Finale - Sales Challenge tomorrow (28 Oct).

These students, who took part in South West Community Development Council (CDC)'s Youth Camp this year, aim to increase awareness to support those who suffer from autism through managing their own business efforts.

The camp was specially designed to provide those who are less academically inclined opportunities to learn social entrepreneurship.

Teams will compete for the Most Potential Business Idea, Best Overall Booth Design and Top Booth Earner in the Sales Challenge, to be held from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm at West mall.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Autism Association (Singapore)'s Early Intervention Programme (EIP) which will benefit autistic children from three to six years old. South West CDC will also match the proceeds from the Sales Challenge dollar for dollar.
