Sri Lanka police investigating explosion

>COLOMBO, India - Sri Lankan authorities were investigating a suspected blast in the north-central town of Anuradhapura on Monday morning, police said.

"There is a suspected explosion in Anuradhapura. Officers are investigating," an officer who answered the phone at North-Central Provincial police headquarters said. No further details were available, he said.
