>BANGKOK - Host country Thailand is considering postponing a regional summit next month because of a deepening political crisis in Bangkok, Foreign Minister Sompong Amornwiwat told Reuters on Thursday.

"The proposal is under consideration and I will discuss it with the prime minister," Sompong said, a day after some
members of the 10-member Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) questioned its ability to host the Dec 14-17 meeting. -- REUTERS
