INDONESIA'S anti-competitive watchdog on Thursday released the written grounds for its controversial ruling against Temasek Holdings, SingTel and Singapore Technologies Telemedia.

The KPPU's judgement, a mammoth 690-page file in Bahasa Indonesia, can be downloaded from its website .

The Business Competition Supervisory Commission, or KPPU, had earlier this year found Temasek, ST Telemedia and SingTel guilty of price fixing and fined each $4 million.

The KPPU also ordered these companies to sell their stakes in either Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) or Indonesian Satellite (Indosat) within two years.

Temasek, SingTel and ST Telemedia had indicated that they intended to appeal the KPPU's ruling. They have 14 days following the judgement's release to do so.
