S'pore stocks down at noon

>SINGAPORE stocks ended lower at midday with the benchmark Straits Times Index down 9.97 points, or 0.31 per cent, at 3,161.91.

Up to 845.6 million shares exchanged hands. Losers beat gainers 311 to 186.
