Singapore Air Cargo awards $500mil maintenance deal

>Singapore Airlines' cargo unit said on Monday that it has awarded a 10-year $500 million fleet management agreement to Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners.

The maintenance and service agreement covers 13 Boeing 747-400F cargo aircraft powered by Pratt & Whitney engines and 6 spare engines, Singapore Airlines Cargo said in a statement.

Aircraft engine maker Pratt & Whitney is a unit of U.S.-based United Technologies. -- Reuters
