Is there life after Singapore Idol?

While plans for a third season are still up in the air, the track record is mixed for those who made it to primetime television in the first two instalments of the reality singing contest.

Taufik Batisah is not doing too badly and has released his third album targeted at the Malay regional market.

But the spotlight is not shining too brightly on Idol 2 winner Hady Mirza.
