A slip of the tongue by Taiwan-based heart-throb Wu Chun caused a mini frenzy at a press conference at Marina Mandarin Hotel on Wednesday, when he was in town to promote his debut movie, Butterfly Lovers.

'We developed a relationship from dining together so often,' the 29-year-old Brunei-born Wu said of the chemistry between him and his co-star, Charlene Choi, or Ah Sa, as fans call her.

Reporters in the room immediately pricked up their ears at these words. But Wu was swift with damage control.
