Shu Qi beats Jolie for sexiest lips

>Shu Qi has become the first Asian actress to be voted sexiest lips in a survey by E! - a US entertainment and celebrity news media company. Few expected the late Hollywood entrant to beat hot favourite Angelina Jolie, often cited as the sexiest woman in U.S.

Shu Qi, 32, who heard the news when she was in Beijing exclaimed, "I'm really very honoured!"

She also said that she did not expect this, as she thought Angelina's lips were truly the most beautiful.

The award brings to light that the former porn star has quite a cult following outside Asia. Some of her movies such as 2002's "So Close" have generated brisk DVD sales in the US. Roles in art house movies such as 2001's "Millenium Mambo", and action flicks such as Luc Besson's "The Transporter" has also garnered the attention of fans in the West.

Besides Shu Qi's lips, various celebrities were also "honoured" in E!'s sexiest body parts list. Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai was the only other Asian to make it to the list.
