CRAGGY director actor Clint Eastwood finds today's young people to be too soft.

"We live in more of a pussy generation now," the 78-year-old told Esquire dismissively. "Everybody's become used to saying, 'Well, how do we handle it psychologically?'"

Recalling his father's generation, which battled through economic depression and then World War II, he said: "There was not much employment. Not much welfare. People barely got by. People were tougher then."
