Action and LaBeouf make a top-notch film

By NUR SARAH ZAINUDIN

I HAD been anticipating the opening of the Transformers sequel since the first movie was released in 2007.

I really liked the first one - from the way the robots fight and transform - to the actors, especially Shia LaBeouf, who is hot.

While I watched some of the Transformers cartoons, the 2007 movie and its sequel have much more exciting action scenes.

In the sequel, Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, the best part for me was the big war at the end featuring humans and the Transformers.

It was fun watching bombs drop and seeing the huge explosions that followed.

When LaBeouf, who played hero Sam Witwicky, was trying to help the Autobots in those scenes, the movie became very intense. I found myself eating my popcorn anxiously and sitting on the edge of my seat.

In fact, every time there were big explosions and battles, the movie made me feel like I was part of the action. I wanted to be in it to help the good guys.

The film added in comedy and a little bit of romance between LaBeouf and onscreen girlfriend Megan Fox (who played Mikaela Banes).

I'm a fan of both stars and have watched other films starring LaBeouf. For instance, I caught Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull (2008) partly because he was in it.

In Revenge Of The Fallen, I liked how LaBeouf and Fox were goofing around, because it showed there was a chemistry between them and made them seem like a real couple.

In short, the Transformers sequel is top-notch and flawless.
