PAYMENTS for water bills from SP Services are due three days before the end of the month.

There are workers who get their pay at the end of the month, and they might not have sufficient funds to pay their bills before they receive their salaries.

I hope SP Services could shift the due date for water-bill payments to the end of the month, which would make things easier for consumers.
