BE TRANSPORTED back to the 1970s in this episode of the long-running crime drama - thanks to the music of iconic American rock band The Doors.
This is not a new concept for the show.
Throughout Cold Case's seven-year run, single-artist episodes have featured some of the biggest names in music, including John Lennon, Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra.
Even without the killer soundtrack, this instalment is an intriguing one.
Here, the detectives - played by Kathryn Morris and Danny Pino - investigate the 1971 death of a teenaged circus aerialist, whose mid-act fall may have been the result of foul play.
Expect a myriad of sinisterly colourful characters - from Gargantuan the Tall Man to the ironically named midget ringleader, Biggie.
When coupled with the haunting vocals of Doors' frontman Jim Morrison on tracks like People Are Strange and Riders On The Storm, the end result is just that much more mesmerising.
