Police looking for man in molestation case

SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the above picture to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.

The crime occurred on April 29 in the vicinity of Hougang Avenue 4.

He is described to be a male in his 20s of Malay or Indian descent.

He is 1.65m tall, of slim build with short black hair and a dark complexion.

At the time of the event, he was clad in a blue tee-shirt and dark-coloured bermudas.
