Man Utd legend Schmeichel scores with fans

PETALING JAYA, Malaysia - Football fans, especially Manchester United supporters, had the opportunity to meet famed goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel during a meet-the-fans session.

The Great Dane, who is the Carlsberg ambassador for Euro 2012, signed autographs at the Neighbourhood Food Court in Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, during the event organised by Carlsberg Malaysia.

The former Manchester United player also had a cooking demonstration for fans, as he prepared the local favourite char koay teow.

Carlsberg is an official sponsor for Euro 2012.

In the countdown to one of football's biggest events, fans will stand a chance to win many exciting prizes in the Carlsberg "Are You Fan Enough?" campaign, including 100 all-expense paid trips to watch one of the semi-finals matches during the tournament in Ukraine.
