In a bid to bring the teaching of humanities to life, the Ministry of Education has developed an application known as the Interactive Heritage Trails, which will allow pupils to head out and explore these sites up close.

A total of seven heritage trails and activities have been developed. To encourage independent learning, a mobile application has also been created to allow students instant access to information through photographs and videos about the sites on the trails.

This was revealed by Education Minister Heng Swee Keat at a conference on Wednesday.
