FEEL short-changed by StarHub's Uefa Euro 2008 Season Pass package.
I though I would get to see all 31 matches live on television, but I ended up missing the most exciting game so far,Czech Republic versus Turkey, which was one of the four simulcast matches that were being shown on the Supersports channel.
Since the package was called Uefa Euro 2008 Season Pass, shouldn't all the live matches be made available to the season pass subscribers?
Why were the non-sports group subscribers made to miss the four simulcast games?
Anyway, non-sports group subscribers are paying five times more than sports group subscribers for the season
pass. I expect StarHub to say that it had stated the simulcast clause upon signing of the contract.
However, the following puzzled me: Why can't StarHub let Uefa Euro 2008 Season Pass holders have access to Supersports channel during the simulcast?
Why can't the simulcast games be shown on its Tactical or Highlights channels, or even the Preview channel?
I hope StarHub will review its season pass arrangements for future tournaments.-myp
