Nutrition lessons for NSFs

I AM a Singaporean male who went through 2½  years of National Service.

In my experience, the physical demands of military training create a surging need for nutrients. I suggest that the Ministry of Defence include lessons on nutrition for our soldiers, and plan meals which are closely linked to their needs.
