CONSIDER CANING SCAM-CALLERS
Fri, Oct 24, 2008
my paper

I refer to the letter "Scammers deserve to be jailed and caned" (my paper, Oct 23).

I strongly agree with the writer.

These scammers had ill intentions of exploiting innocent people for monetary gain, and it never crossed their minds that their actions would rouse fear and cause emotional stress to their victims.

The authorities should consider caning scamcallers.
