King of Pop deserves respect

my paper

MICHAEL Jackson's death shocked the world and is a huge loss to the music industry.

Among the reams of stories which emerged in the wake of his death, what stood out were the ones on how people responded to his death.

Some people have been capitalising on the incident to send viruses to computer users and lure people into scams.

Jackson worked hard to earn the title "King of Pop", and his name should be treated with respect.

He made a huge impact around the world.

Whether they are fans or not, most people are bound to have heard of him.

Being a child star was tough on Jackson, and I am glad that he made it through his childhood.

His career was rare for its longevity and memorable in its bizarreness. Before his death, Jackson was under a lot of pressure because of the many concerts he had to perform.

All I want to say is: Respect Michael Jackson. Remember him, whether for his fashion, his weirdness, his music or everything else that made him the King of Pop, who held the world in thrall.
