NEW YORK - Jennifer Lopez was on stage in loose clothes at New York's Madison Square Garden but there was no baby talk.

Over the weekend, OK! magazine said the singer will announce she's pregnant at her hometown stop on her concert tour with husband singer Marc Anthony.

Last week, she accidentally revealed a tummy when a top she wore blew up while she was performing in Connecticut. Reports had said she is having twins.

But J.Lo, 38, only kept the crowds guessing. 'God has finally blessed me...' she told them, '...to be here with you.'

She also said: 'I don't know how many of you know this... but I released my first Spanish album this year.'

She bounced around the stage, but a source from the show told Access Hollywood she seemed careful about not letting her outfits reveal too much.

'She may not have made an announcement but this lady is definitely pregnant,' said the source.

During the show, she wore a pyjama-style two-piece outfit and a caftan-like gold frock. Her final costume was a flowing orange dress which hid all her curves.
