HONG KONG: Tomorrow, most Hong Kongers will get a chance to elect a new batch of legislators.

The Legislative Council (Legco) election - the fourth to be held since the city's return to Chinese sovereignty in 1997 - is marked by great enthusiasm.

It will have the largest number of registered voters - 3.6 million - since 1982, when Hong Kongers got to cast their votes in the district council elections. Between 65 and 85 per cent of registered voters have indicated their desire to vote tomorrow.
