FRENCHMAN Daniel Sigaud is one of thousands of millionaires who will be in Singapore for the Formula One race.

Like most of the others, he will not pay a cent for a ticket to the race or his stay at a luxury suite in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

His bank, Standard Chartered, will pick up the tab.
