WHEN Mr Mohd Hatta Abdul Razak, 40, pays a business call at people's homes, it is usually not the kind of business that is welcomed.

He is a court bailiff of the Subordinate Courts who seizes items from people in debt.

He is the one who shows up when a creditor, such as a bank, applies successfully to the courts for a writ of seizure and sale.
