Jailed for attacks on cops, cabbies

DURING a fit of rage in February, Koh Meng Heng attacked a taxi driver before throwing a chair at a policeman who came to the aid of the beleaguered cabby.

But it would not be the last time the 41-year-old flew off the handle.

Six months later, he kicked another taxi driver and then choked an officer at the gates of the police station where the cabby had driven to for help.
