Media error on Jiawei's husband

NATIONAL paddler Li Jiawei's marriage has made headlines in China - but not in the way that she might have expected.

Chinese media reports have mistakenly identified her husband as Li Houlin - one of China's top jewellery magnates.

The erroneous reports have left Houlin livid and he is expected to take legal action against the daily, Chengdu Wanbao.
