KISSING the back of a woman's hand may be viewed as a polite form of greeting by a gentleman.

But when security officer Seah Boon Teong, 36, tried it - without permission - with a teenager who was out walking her dog, he was jailed for six months for outraging her modesty.

The 19-year-old was walking her dog in front of the swimming pool in Buona Vista on Sept 7 when she was pulled back by a hand on her left shoulder.Seah, who was also walking his dog, then held her left hand and kissed the back of it.
