Inaction: Security guards stay clear of row

A DISPUTE that broke out in the basement of Orchard Towers on Tuesday afternoon has raised questions about the role of security guards in a conflict.

Mr Brandon Khoo, 30, told The Straits Times that a guard refused to help him restrain a man who had turned aggressive.

'He just looked on, and then left,' said the musician.
