THE PAP Community Foundation (PCF) is setting aside $1million to help low-income families with children in its kindergartens. The one-off aid amount for each eligible child comes to $100.

To be disbursed in two lots of $50 each next month and in June, the money may be used to cover the child's kindergarten fees.

In order that the funds benefit more families, each family - whose household income should be $2,000 or less - can only make one application.
