Murdered teen had moved in day before

BARELY a day after an 18-year-old China national moved into a flat in Jurong West, he was found dead.

On Monday, the teen's landlady found him lying face up, with only his underwear on, and multiple stab wounds to his upper body.

His flatmate, a 20-year-old man, also from China, was missing, but arrested later that night. Both held work permits.
