Actress-singer Gillian Chung is desperately seeking a comeback. She is in talks to play a supporting role in a Taiwanese idol drama that will refer to the racy photo scandal she was embroiled in with ex-boyfriend Edison Chen, said China Times.

In the show, her character is made a fool of by a Chinese-American beau, an allusion to Chen, who was born in Canada and is based in the United States, said the report.

Actor Ethan Juan (You're My Destiny) plays the lead role.
