THE race to be Singapore's top entrepreneur entered the final lap yesterday with three winners announced for the annual Ernst & Young awards.

Lian Beng Group executive chairman Ong Pang Aik, Olam International's Sunny Verghese and Zicom Holdings managing director Sim Giok Lak have been singled out by the judging panel for their stellar achievements.

The winners are 'role models who serve to inspire other entrepreneurs in the making', said Ernst & Young.
