THREE more men were fined $5,000 each yesterday for offering bribes so they would be picked as winners of a competition offering Shell fuel vouchers.

This brings the number of convicted 'lucky winners' in this case to nine.

Last week, six people, including a woman, were fined between $5,000 and $6,000 each for either giving or agreeing to give cash or Shell fuel vouchers to Teh Gim Leng, then a senior accounts manager at MediaCorp Enterprises, so that he would choose them as the lucky draw winners.
