More than 14 years ago, Mr Mohan Mulani was just a regular patron at Harry's Bar. Today, he is chief executive officer of Harry's Holding's, which owns Harry's Bar.

In 1994, when he found out Harry's previous owners, an American expat named Jim Gelpi and his friends, were thinking of calling it quits, he decided to buy the bar in Boat Quay from them.

He was then the director of Transco Holdings, a family-owned trading and investment business.
