Top swimming coaches to meet in Singapore

NORIMASA Hirai, the man behind Olympic champion and world record-holder Kosuke Kitajima, is among over 200 top swimming coaches who will meet in Singapore next month.

Hirai will give a presentation on the preparation and success of breaststroke specialist Kitajima at the Jan 15-17 Fina Swimming Coaches World Conference at the Marina Mandarin Hotel.

The inaugural event will also feature other coaches whose wards won titles at August's Beijing Olympics.
