A NEW Zealand judge has described a Singaporean couple sentenced to jail for credit card fraud as 'practised and professional'.

Suliaman Haron, 50, and his wife Saerah Men, 49, were each sentenced to two years and two months' jail by a New Zealand court on Dec 23.

The couple committed fraud worth NZ$66,700 (S$55,600) during a two-week spending spree in August and September last year at businesses in Auckland and Queenstown.
